Why use a Virtual Assistant?
It's a well-known fact that a lot of administration is required to keep a successful business running. You have a never-ending list of admin duties or customer support critical to your growth, however, this was not quite how you envisaged spending your time when you first started your business!
By hiring me as your virtual assistant, you can delegate these time-consuming tasks such as inbox management (no more Sunday night anxiety), diary management (for people who constantly overbook themselves and want a better work-life balance), call handling, file management, minute taking, and more. Starting at just £32 per hour with no hidden costs or extra fees, I am available on an ad-hoc basis or retainer.
With experience in sectors such as haulage, insurance, retail, PCB manufacture and most recently, secondary education, I have some highly transferable skills and the burning desire to organise everything! I aim for clients to feel calm and in control and use my support to help them succeed.
Outsourcing is the best choice for running your business with maximum efficiency, harmony, and productivity while freeing up time for the most important things. I'll handle the details while you focus on obtaining clients or spending time with your family, and taking care of yourself.
Services I can provide:
• Data analysis
• Database management
• Diary management
• Document production
• Email management
• File management
• Telephone support
• Spreadsheet entry
Schedule a discovery call with me to discuss how I can assist you. I currently have the capacity to work with new clients, so don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you are interested.
About Me
As a mother of two young adults (one has just started her second year at university, and the other has entered his first year at college), I know how quickly our children grow and how precious time is. The question I reflect on the most is, 'How much did I miss whilst they were growing up?'. With this in mind and my genuine love of all things organisation and administration, I decided in January 2023 to start my own business as a VA and provide services enabling clients to use their time in the way that suits them best. This time may be spent working on essential business areas or collecting their children from school, but I aim to give my clients a choice.
Currently, my VA business is part-time, but as my client base grows, I plan to make this a permanent role and aim my services at small business owners within the UK. I love to feel like I've helped someone or made their day a little easier, so my goal is to assist and help create more time in your schedule for you; the hardest decision will be about how you spend it!
